I seriously need to stop backing because if I hadn't made any back bets I would be much ahead than what I am at the moment
I lost, so far, with my back bets -35.5 points and only won 12.46 points with them, giving me a negative final figure of -23.04 points, so it's pretty clear that the back bets aren't working
That last bet on "Follow The Flag" at 14.0 was clearly a bet to put me in the green for the day, I was really happy to see it drift to 23.0 but it nearly cost me a loss of 26 points, the horse was in the lead and was headed near the line, when one of these gambling bets goes wrong I'll be hit really hard

Unfortunately it was another day that I started with a losing bet, it's just bad because it will put you in a state of mind ridelled with doubt but things from then on went pretty smooth, I just decided that I would take it easy and slowly

What a day!!! Where do I start?...First thing I changed for todays plan was the inclusion of lays above 20/1 (21.0) and sod's law came into effect not after 5, 10 or 25 bets...at the first lay bet above 21 I made...unbelievable!!! Sir Mattie won the race with a BSP (Betfair Starting Price) of 39.85 although when I first saw it he was at 29, I had 3 bets in this race, I don't know why I did it but it's definitely not a good thing to do
So, note to self...no more lay bets above 20/1
After the big lay loss everything went as smooth as possible although my last lay bet of the day was a gamble but "Teen Ager" is a horse that I've bet against for four times now, I know the stake and the odds were a bit off but it's just a belief I have since the first time I saw him run
I think the start of the day was terrible but all my planned and unplanned bets after that went great and I'm just happy with the relatively small loss for the day

I'm happy that I managed to get myself out of the big hole I was in by the end of the afternoon
The last meeting at Kempton did the trick but I was taking too much risk both in stake size as in the selections I picked, this time things worked out ok but next time it may not work the same way

Pretty good day considering that my confidence wasn't that high at the beginning of the day but gradually it got to a confortable level, the loss I had was just a shame because the horse was travelling so good and since my bet was to place instead of winning I was very confident he would make it but like everything else in betting things can change very fast

First post and I go straight into negative LOL
My "to win" and "to be placed" back bets went as bad as it could have been
My lays on the other hand went as smooth as it could have been

lost bets total = -10 pts
Total for the day = -4.2145 pts
I hope that tomorrow things workout better
Kowloon was by far the biggest disappoitment of the day because I was convinced he would surely be placed, if not for this loss I would at least of had a small profit for the day

Ok first I would like to say that these bets I'm posting are part of a test I'm doing so this is far from a done deal in terms of a system or anything like it (remember that this could well go down pretty fast)

Back from the dungeons :)
I'M BACK
Ok I know, I know
I always start the blog only to leave it at some point, it's more a matter of lazyness than anything else
I'll start again but this time my main objective is to keep track of my selections regarding horse racing
Horse racing is without a doubt the sport I like the most, both as a sport and a betting medium
The bulk of my betting was always the goals markets in soccer but with time my main focus has changed to horse racing because I love to watch it and I love to study it
So I'll use the blog to place my daily selections and maybe to post things I find interesting and/or controversial, I know if I do that it will keep me more interested in (my own! ) blog LOL
Although I would like to make the blog in my native language and in english, this time it will only be in English because it's just too time consuming doing it in two languages
next post I'll explain what I want to do
