And that's the way the cookie crumbles...
No if's, and's or but's...deserved it, took the plunge hoping for the best and got the worst, 14 days of betting down the drain
The big loss of 18 points was on the 4th favourite of a race that suddenly had a big gamble on a horse that went from 2 digits odds to 4's with such a strenght that only made my eventual bet look even better, took the risk with double the usual stake and got bitten...again, but the fact that by now I was betting on Irish racing demonstrates that I was in big chase mode
This type of betting on lays has this drawback, if it goes wrong, it goes really wrong and bites hard, ironically the back bets that have been working so bad of late managed to recuperate a bit back
Now I have to regroup and start over

All was going well until the Chamirey race where I gave too much importance to one stat and forgot about another one that was a lot more important in the overall picture of the race, I know that after timming always look easier and kind of obvious but how alarm bells didn't ring is what got me really pissed off
