Started with a loss but all went pretty good after that, not a day that I particularly liked in terms of racing so I'm happy with the profit

Fortunately I forced myself to leave and just admit the red bottom line for the day because I was on the verge of going into deep chase mode
I could feel it coming, that 3pts lay of "Inchina" was just a warning, it took me a few years to get the discipline to do this, although now and again when I'm more inclined for tilting for one reason or another I still end up chasing
